Services

You don't have to lease a copier from us to benefit from our services. It's true! Service Agreements can be acquired separate from a lease or purchase. You could be leasing from another company and they don’t offer service agreements or you are not satisfied with the service they provide. In many cases you don’t have to continue using their services. If the printer/copier was purchased, what happens when repairs are needed? Is it under warranty? Do you have to send it out or take it to a repair shop? How long will you be without a printer? We offer fast dependable service. Free Site Analysis

It all starts with a Free Site Analysis. We will come to your place of business to learn your workflow. Where printers are placed and how those copiers/printers are used. We also gather information on the number of copies/prints performed each month. We then analyze that data and advise you on the best copier/printer for your needs and their most economical placement. In most cases we can show customers several ways they can save. One way may be to replace some desktop printers with a centrally located copier. The savings in power consumption alone can be significant. With a copier you can control features such color printing. This can also yield savings.

Why Lease?

• If you don’t have the capital or want to reserve your capital. Copier Lease is usually structured so that it is less cost per month than a loan payment would be.
• More bang for your buck! If you had set a budget for a loan payment and seeing as the Copier Lease is less per month, you could lease a copier with more features and/or better quality copies/prints.
• Taxes! Most Copier Leases are structured so you can depreciate the expense immediately. On a purchase the asset would depreciate over a longer period of time.
• No worries! With a Service Agreement along with the Copier Lease a certified tech will repair the copier at your location. When the Copier Lease comes to the end of it term (usually 3-5 years) we take it away.
• More stuff down the road! When the Copier Lease comes to an end it may be possible to get a better quality copier with more features for about the same price. Who knows what the future holds?

Document Management

Document Management System (DMS) is the process of storing, managing and retrieving electronic files. This process includes scanning paper documents to be stored in electronic form (usually PDF or TIFF) and by the use of software making these documents searchable and editable. Parts of these documents can then be set as searchable, such as Customer Name, Invoice Number, etc. These files can then be ported to software applications like accounting software or Microsoft Excel to name a few. Management of these documents becomes much easier as well. Access can be controlled, government regulations can be met and can be included in data backups. Customer service increases due to these searchable files. Retrieval of document takes seconds, unlike retrieval from a file cabinet or even through another department. Further savings are realized when documents are saved to the DMS without ever being printed on paper. These documents include emails, email attachments and online transactions. A properly planned and implemented Document Management System can help your company streamline workflow, increase productivity while saving you money on paper and tonner.
